Strategy: Initiating action
As a Manifestor, you’re among only 10% of the global population. Manifestors are the most independent, go-getting of the Types. You don’t wait for other people to give you the green light, or to weigh your options, or wait for a better time—you just make it happen. Why not? You know what to do better than anyone else does, right? That’s why you embrace change, and new accomplishments.

Pros of being a Manifestor
You can charge through any obstacles to reach your goal, ascend to the top. Lazy? Not you! You don’t know the meaning of idleness. You embody purpose, responsibility, confidence. And you can go it alone to reach that goal.

Cons of being a Manifestor
You have a hard time understanding why other people can’t be as independent as you in their own achievements. Because of this, you can be impatient and short-tempered. For you, after all, everything comes easy. You also can’t stand it when you’re facing constraints. You need absolute freedom to do what you want, when you want, and everybody else better stay out of the way. Unfortunately for you, social constraints keep you in check.
